Return Policy

Life as an athlete, hiker, adventurer and wanderer is challenging enough, and the last thing we want to do is make your life any harder.

At Cróga, we uphold a straightforward 30-day return policy for all orders. All we request is that the products be returned in their unused state, housed in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Fine Details:

• We welcome returns only for items in their original, untouched condition along with intact packaging.
• Make sure to send your items back within 30 days of receiving them to be eligible for a return.
• Upon receiving your return at our facility, please allow up to 10 business days for processing (though we aim to process your return much sooner!). A confirmation email will be sent your way once the return is completed.
• Note that customers will bear the shipping costs for returns to our facility.
• Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment used on the online store.
